Welcome to my world, I’m Amelia.

I’ve spent most of my life trying to fit into the various boxes that society presented me. Desperate to find one career path.  One identity.  One way of finding success. One way of reliably “making it” in the world.

I constantly searched outside of myself for answers - in other people, in frameworks I thought were the best, in dogmas, in leaders who I thought knew better than I did.

I frequently looked to someone else for direction.

I abandoned my inner wisdom on a regular basis.

I didn’t believe in myself.

I was clinging for dear life whilst sacrificing myself to get by.

Resistant to the social norms, but too afraid to carve my own path.

Quite the predicament…

Amongst it all, I was a dreamer who knew she was part of a bigger vision for humanity.

And so I wandered aimlessly with a dream of what I knew not in my heart.

In 2016, I simultaneously came across Relational Leadership, Authentic Relating and Human Design.

At the time I was teaching yoga, working on farms, bartending, and assisting cooking classes.  You could say I was having a bit of an identity crisis at the time.

I was burning the candle at both ends consumed by this idea of a stable path that was supposed to have presented itself clearly post studying psychology and sociology at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

The only common thread I could tease out in all I was passionate about and invested in was CONNECTION.

Connection to self.

Connection to others.

Connection to community.

Connection to the land.

Fast forward eight years and my commitment to share what I discovered in 2016 has brought me all over the world to share the multidimensional power of connection through the lens of communication, leadership, interpersonal dynamics, subtle energetics, ancient wisdom, personal development, and self-actualization.

I still don’t know what “the path” is.

What I do know is that illuminating what exists and advocating for what becomes possible through intentional connection is what moves me.

I am here to be a reminder that we are here to be in connection.

Human Design empowers you with the tools to connect to your inherent wisdom and move through life with profound self-acceptance and confidence.

Authentic Relating creates a container to practice and foster emotional intelligence and skills that support you in effectively connecting with others.

Relational Leadership cultivates the capacities to exist in your fullness - your dignity and your humility - in any environment.

Qigong and tea ceremonies continually invite me into presence, sensitivity, subtle energy, and the depths of listening.

My connection to Nature and my Ancestors asks me to remember my roots, where I belong and can reliably return to. I know how to locate myself in an increasingly distorted and intense world because of the pathways I’ve cultivated with intention.

You’ll receive the wisdom that I’ve received over the course of my life regardless of the offering and pathway you choose to walk with me. Whether you’re attending one of my workshops, ready to dive into your Human Design chart together, or are invested in leadership coaching and support on your journey, you’ll leave with a deeper trust that you have the tools to go out into the world with more choice.

Through awareness, we cultivate more choice.

I’m here to create spaces that illuminate & empower you with choice to live a life by your design.

More about me…

I’m a 2/4 Reflector (1% of the population) - RAX of the Sphinx (1/2|7/13)

I was born in Chertsey, England, and raised between England and Houston. Texas…which made for an interesting and challenging childhood.

Put anything creative or artsy in front of me and I will want to play.

I’m a Mythosomatic Qigong practitioner and tea drinker. These devotional practices have profoundly changed my life!

I thoroughly enjoy providing feedback and my insights. Ask me what my thoughts are. Invite me to share what I’m noticing. This is part of my magic.

Seeing your gifts expressed in this world…I live for it.

“With awareness comes choice.  If you don’t have awareness, you can’t choose something else.”
